Strategy & Operations

I’ve spent much of my career working inside businesses through periods of growth, change and uncertainty, helping senior leaders decide what needs to happen and then making sure it happens.

My experience covers strategy, operations, organisational change and Chief of Staff work. I have worked directly with founders, CEOs and business owners, often on problems that sit between functions rather than neatly inside one of them.

My approach is practical. I’m comfortable with the strategic question, but equally comfortable getting into the detail required to answer it.
