Welcome.
I’m a strategist, writer and broadcaster with more than a decade of experience working closely with senior decision-makers across business, politics and public policy.
I began my career in law before moving into strategy and senior operational roles, working with founders, CEOs and business owners through periods of rapid growth and change.
I later moved into political analysis, writing and broadcasting, building a public profile alongside advisory work for organisations and senior figures.
My work sits at the point where strategy, politics and communication meet: understanding what is actually happening, working out what matters, and helping people make better decisions.
How I work
My background has never fitted neatly into one profession. I’ve worked in law, business strategy, operations, politics and journalism, often close to the people making the decisions.
That breadth is useful when a problem crosses boundaries. I’m comfortable moving between detail and strategy, understanding how an organisation actually works, and turning complicated information into something a decision-maker can use.
The common thread is straightforward: work out what matters, say it clearly, and help get it done
